1. Store Purchases

Pricing and Availability: All prices listed on the 11th R Coffee website are in CAD and are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure that all products listed are available, but availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide options for substitution, backorder, or refund.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription Terms: By subscribing to any of our coffee subscription plans, you agree to receive recurring deliveries for the duration specified in the subscription plan. Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Changes to Subscription: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plan at any time. If changes are made to your subscription, you will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance.
3. Gift Cards

Purchasing Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from 11th R Coffee can only be used for purchases made on our website. They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Gift Card Use: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If the total value of a purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Expiration and Fees: Gift cards do not expire, and no service fees apply to the use or inactivity of gift cards.

Lost or Stolen Cards: 11th R Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Contact us if you suspect any unauthorized activity.
