At 11th R Coffee, we pride ourselves on delivering freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep promptly. Please review our shipping details below:
• Roasting Schedule: We roast on Tuesdays and ship coffee four times a week, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders are shipped on the same day or the next business day following the roast.
• Shipping Timeframe: Shipping typically takes 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location, as well as factors like holidays and postal service disruptions.
• Pickup Option: We offer a pickup option at checkout. You can pick up your order at 70 Temperance St, Toronto, M5H 0B1. We will email you when your order is ready, allowing you to schedule a preferred pickup time.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:
• Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we do not accept returns on coffee beans + subscriptions. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect product or damaged goods), please get in touch with us at info@11thr.coffee within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
