Welcome to 11th R Coffee’s “Beans Rewards Program” (the “Referral Program”). By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility:

• Only registered loyalty program members are eligible to participate in the referral program.

• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase with 11th R Coffee.

 

2. Reward Conditions:

• Referrer will only receive Beans once the Referee’s first purchase is complete.

• Referrals must make a minimum purchase of $20 to qualify for the discount.

 

3. Referral Cap:

• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer, and you will earn 60 Beans for each new customer you refer.

4. How to Redeem Beans

• Redeem for Discount on Coffee Products and Subscriptions: 220 Beans can be redeemed for $22 off coffee beans or subscriptions.

• Redeem for 10% Discount on Coffee Products and Subscriptions: 120 Beans can be redeemed for a 10% discount on a future purchase of coffee beans or subscriptions (up to a maximum discount of $20).

5. Redemption Restrictions

• Beans can only be redeemed for coffee products and subscriptions. Beans cannot be applied towards shipping fees or brewing gear.

• Beans have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other customers.

6. Points Expiry

• 25% of accumulated Beans will expire after 6 months of inactivity.

• Inactivity means no purchases, referrals, reviews, or other loyalty-earning activity during the 6-month period.

• A reminder email will be sent 14 days before any Beans are set to expire.

7. General Program Terms

• The Program is offered at the sole discretion of 11th R Coffee. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including earning and redemption rules) at any time without notice.

• Beans are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual.

• Beans may not be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Program.

• 11th R Coffee reserves the right to revoke Beans or remove a member from the Program if it determines that fraudulent activity has taken place or if these Terms and Conditions have been violated.

8. Changes to the Program

• 11th R Coffee reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
