Welcome to 11th R Coffee’s “Beans Rewards Loyalty Program” (the “Loyalty Program”). By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility

• The Loyalty Program is open to all customers who create an account on our website.

• Points can be redeemed only from the second purchase and onwards.

• Cannot be bundled with other coupons at checkout.

 

2. How to Earn Beans (Points)

• Purchases: Earn 1 Bean for every $1 spent on eligible products, including coffee beans, subscriptions, and brewing gear. Beans are calculated based on the purchase subtotal (after any discounts and before taxes and shipping fees).​

• Instagram Story Tag: Earn 30 Beans as a one-time reward when you tag @11thr.coffee in your Instagram story featuring our products. 

• Birthday Reward: Earn 30 Beans as a one-time reward when you add your birthdate to your profile. The reward is credited automatically on your birthday.​

• Product Review: Earn 20 Beans as a one-time reward for a verified product review on our website. 

 

3. How to Redeem Beans

• Redeem for Discount on Coffee Products and Subscriptions: 220 Beans can be redeemed for $22 off coffee beans or subscriptions.

• Redeem for 10% Discount on Coffee Products and Subscriptions: 120 Beans can be redeemed for a 10% discount on a future purchase of coffee beans or subscriptions (up to a maximum discount of $20).

 

4. Redemption Restrictions

• Beans can only be redeemed for coffee products and subscriptions. Beans cannot be applied towards shipping fees or brewing gear.

• Beans have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other customers.

 

5. Points Expiry

• 25% of accumulated Beans will expire after 6 months of inactivity.

• Inactivity means no purchases, referrals, reviews, or other loyalty-earning activity during the 6-month period.

• A reminder email will be sent 14 days before any Beans are set to expire.

 

6. General Program Terms

• The Program is offered at the sole discretion of 11th R Coffee. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including earning and redemption rules) at any time without notice.

• Beans are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual.

• Beans may not be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Program.

• 11th R Coffee reserves the right to revoke Beans or remove a member from the Program if it determines that fraudulent activity has taken place or if these Terms and Conditions have been violated.

 

7. Changes to the Program

• 11th R Coffee reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
