From the very first lesson on what makes coffee “specialty,” to understanding origins, processes and bean to cup process our cupping experience is designed to take you behind the beans.

We begin with the basics.
Then move into dry aroma evaluation, inhaling the fragrance of freshly ground coffee before water ever touches it.
Next comes the bloom and wet aroma assessment where the crust is broken and the real magic rises.
And finally… the most important part tasting.
Slurping. Comparing. Discussing.

Bright acidity? Floral? Chocolatey? Nutty?
Every guest builds their own flavour vocabulary.
